Conditions of sale, returns, warranty and dispute resolution for orders placed on t3hockey.com. Governed by Indian law.

1Acceptance of terms
These Terms and Conditions form a binding electronic contract between you ("Customer", "User", "you") and T3 Sports ("T3 Sports", "we", "us", "our") under Section 10A of the Information Technology Act 2000. By accessing t3hockey.com, registering an account, placing an order or otherwise using any service offered on the site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Cookie Policy.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the site.
2Eligibility and account
Under Section 11 of the Indian Contract Act 1872, only persons aged 18 years or above and of sound mind are competent to enter into a contract. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement. Minors may use the site only under the active supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on the minor's behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. All activity carried out through your account is treated as authorised by you. Notify us immediately at t3hockeyindia@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3Products and descriptions
- Product images, colours, dimensions and weights are provided for reference and may vary slightly from the physical product due to camera, monitor or batch differences.
- Size charts are indicative. Where a customer reports a fit issue within the return window, the standard return policy applies.
- Availability is shown in real time. In rare cases of overselling or stock discrepancy, we will inform you within 48 hours and offer a full refund or alternative product.
- Custom-fit, heat-moulded, made-to-order and clearance items are non-returnable and clearly marked on the product page.
4Pricing and GST
- All prices displayed on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the rate applicable to sports goods, unless stated otherwise.
- A GST-compliant tax invoice is generated for every dispatched order. B2B buyers can share a GSTIN with our team for business invoicing.
- Shipping charges, where applicable, are confirmed with your quote before payment — never added as a surprise.
- Prices may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time we accept your order (see Section 6).
- In case of an obvious pricing error (such as a stick listed at ₹0 or 99% off the market price), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
5Payment
T3 Sports operates a quote-and-confirm model. After you send your cart or enquiry on WhatsApp +91 9111222274, we confirm price, availability and shipping for your pin code. Payment is then arranged directly with our team once you approve the quote.
- Accepted methods include UPI, bank transfer and other India payment options as agreed with our team.
- We never ask for your full card number, CVV or expiry over chat.
- Goods are dispatched only after payment for the confirmed quote is received (unless other terms are expressly agreed in writing).
6Order confirmation and acceptance
The display of products and prices on the site is an "invitation to offer". When you send a cart or enquiry, you make an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when T3 Sports confirms your order — including price, stock and shipping — on WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch, with a full refund of any amount paid.
7Shipping and delivery
Shipping timelines, charges, serviceable pincodes and risk of loss are governed by our separate Shipping Policy. In summary:
- Pan-India delivery; shipping cost is confirmed per order along with your quote — no fixed free-shipping threshold
- Typical delivery: 3 to 7 working days for metros, 5 to 10 working days for other locations
- Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide
- Lost-in-transit shipments confirmed by the courier are replaced or refunded at our cost
8Cancellation
- You can cancel or change an order any time before it is dispatched — just message us on WhatsApp +91 9111222274.
- Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but it can be addressed under Section 9 after delivery.
- Where a payment has been made for a cancelled order, any refund is processed to the original method, typically within 7 business days.
9Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis so we can resolve each situation fairly:
- Raise a request on WhatsApp +91 9111222274 or by emailing t3hockeyindia@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos.
- For genuine manufacturing defects or a wrong/damaged item shipped, we arrange a replacement or refund at our cost.
- For fit or change-of-mind requests, items should be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags; any reverse-pickup cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method, typically within 7 business days of pickup and quality check.
Non-returnable items
- Heat-moulded skates and custom-fit gear
- Mouthguards, jockstraps and other hygiene-sensitive items, once unsealed
- Clearance and final-sale items, clearly marked at checkout
- Gift cards and digital products
10Warranty
Branded products carry the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship — typically 1 to 2 years from date of invoice, varying by brand. The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including blade hollows worn from sharpening
- Damage from impact, accident, misuse or modification
- Cosmetic scratches that do not affect performance
- Products that have been repaired or altered by unauthorised parties
Warranty claims must be raised within the warranty period at t3hockeyindia@gmail.com with the invoice and clear photographs. Outcomes are decided by the manufacturer; T3 Sports facilitates the claim under Section 17 of the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
11Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, mass-download or mirror the site without written permission
- Use bots, scripts or automated tools to place orders, harvest data or abuse promotions
- Submit false or misleading information at signup or checkout
- Use the site to transmit malware, viruses or unlawful content
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to bypass site security
- Resell products purchased on consumer pricing for commercial purposes without a B2B agreement
- Use the site in violation of the Information Technology Act 2000, the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or any other Indian law
Violation may result in account suspension, order cancellation and, where applicable, civil or criminal action.
12Intellectual property
All site content — including the T3 Sports brand, logos, product photography, copy, design, code, blog articles, size charts and guides — is the property of T3 Sports or its licensors and is protected by the Copyright Act 1957, the Trade Marks Act 1999 and applicable international treaties. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires prior written permission.
Brand names and product images of third-party manufacturers (such as Bauer, CCM, Mission, Tour and others) belong to their respective owners and are used here for product identification under the doctrine of nominative fair use.
13Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
- T3 Sports makes no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that defects will be corrected immediately
- Performance content (such as stick flex guides or skate size charts) is general guidance and not professional fitting advice
- T3 Sports is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of use, or loss of goodwill
- Total aggregate liability for any claim arising from a product or order is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for that order, except where Indian law mandates higher liability under the Consumer Protection Act 2019
Sports involve inherent risk of injury. Users are responsible for proper use of equipment, correct fitting and following manufacturer instructions.
14Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold T3 Sports, its directors, employees and partners harmless from any third-party claim, loss or expense arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the site, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
15Force majeure
T3 Sports is not liable for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, fire, flood, strikes, civil unrest, regulatory orders, internet outages, payment gateway downtime, or actions of courier partners. Where such events affect your order, we will keep you informed and offer a refund or rescheduled delivery.
16Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the rights of a consumer to approach the District, State or National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act 2019, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts located at the registered office of T3 Sports.
17Grievance Officer
Appointed under Rule 4(1) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 and Rule 5(9) of the IT Rules 2011.

If the Grievance Officer does not resolve your complaint within 30 days, you may approach the Central Consumer Protection Authority or the appropriate consumer commission.
18Changes to these Terms
T3 Sports may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, business practice or service offerings. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page and notified to registered customers by email at least 15 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the version in force. Continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
